It is a fact that pay stub is only a piece of paper in most cases which is only good for record. However that record can be very handy when the time comes for that. For these reasons the employees should never throw pay stub away.
The better way is that the employees should keep all the pay stubs together in a proper file. That way they can be retrieved easily whenever they are required for any purposes what so ever.
