Most companies draw up a training plan to provide training for their managers, supervisors and new employees to enhance their productivity and promote job safety among other things.  The training for new employees is an essential part of the recruitment process in any organization.

The training plan outlines who facilitates the training and the number of apprentices or trainees to attend and the schedule of each type of training including the hours that is needed for each module. The training room should be conducive to learning and equipped with the necessary tools and aids to facilitate learning.
